The Westio wallet screen and its four deposit methods

ADD FUNDS, in the lobby or on the wallet screen itself, opens the cashier. At the top an AVAILABLE BALANCE panel shows the total, £250.00 in our screenshot, with the line Wallet currency GBP under it. Two tabs follow, Deposit and Withdraw, and the Deposit tab lists the methods under a Choose a payment method heading. Each row gives the speed and the per-payment range.
| Method | Speed | Per deposit |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | Instant | £10 to £5,000 |
| Apple Pay | Instant | £10 to £2,000 |
| Google Pay | Instant | £10 to £2,000 |
| Bank transfer | 1 to 3 business days | Shown in the cashier |
Cards carry the highest single limit, five times the ceiling on the two phone wallets. Apple Pay and Google Pay are the quickest route on a phone, since the payment is approved with Face ID, a fingerprint or the device PIN and no card number is typed. Bank transfer is the slow option for deposits, but it suits larger sums where a card issuer might decline a gambling payment.
Under the method list the screen notes Your payments are protected, with Secure encryption and Verified methods as the two points. A Recent activity row records the latest movement: in our capture a Visa deposit of £50.00, made today at 08:42 and marked Completed.
The operator's general terms also name Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, USDT, USDC, Revolut and Paysafecard. The UK cashier screen lists only the four methods in the table, so check inside the cashier before you plan on any other option.
Fees
When a withdrawal costs money
Westio does not charge for an ordinary withdrawal of money you have played with. The charges in its terms apply to one situation only: taking out a deposit that has not been staked at least once.
- Rollover before withdrawal
- 1x the deposit
- Commission if not met
- 10% of the last deposit, minimum €0.50 (£0.42)
- Extra for card funding
- 15% if the balance was paid in by bank card
- Winnings
- May be cancelled if the rollover is not met
On a £50 card deposit withdrawn without a single bet, that could mean £5 plus £7.50 kept back, £12.50 in total, and any winnings removed. Placing £50 in bets first avoids all of it. Players who never take a bonus are still bound by it, as it has nothing to do with promotional wagering.
Withdrawals
Requesting a payout and the limits by VIP level
The Withdraw tab sits next to Deposit on the same screen. The wallet lists bank transfer at 1 to 3 business days. Up to three withdrawal requests can be pending on an account at once, and a fourth is refused until one of them clears.
Westio caps how much can leave the account per day and per month, and the cap depends on your VIP level. That level is worked out from your activity over the 90 calendar days before the request, including the ratio of deposits to withdrawals and the bonuses you have received, so it can move up or down between payouts.
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | €500 (£419) | €7,000 (£5,864) |
| Level 2 | €500 (£419) | €10,000 (£8,377) |
| Level 3 | €800 (£670) | €12,000 (£10,052) |
| Level 4 | €1,000 (£838) | €15,000 (£12,566) |
| Level 5 | €1,500 (£1,257) | €20,000 (£16,754) |
Pound figures are conversions at 1 EUR = 0.8377 GBP (ECB, 22 October 2026), rounded to the nearest pound.
Plan larger withdrawals around these caps. At Level 1, for example, a £2,000 balance is more than four times the daily limit.
Verification
Documents Westio asks for before paying out
The terms let Westio request documents before it credits a bonus or pays winnings, so have them ready before the first payout. Three items cover almost every case:
- A photo ID: passport, driving licence or national identity card, with all four corners visible.
- Proof of address in your name, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.
- Proof of the payment method, for a card a picture of the front with most of the long number hidden, and for Apple Pay, Google Pay or a bank account a screenshot that shows your name.
Live chat can tell you where to send them. The help centre has a How do I verify my account? article, linked from the login and help page.
